Reached out to Atlas stucco to get an estimate to get a small commercial property fixed up and presentable. The owner, Vlad came out the following week after we spoke. Provided a written estimate on the spot. Was very precise and descriptive in regards to the work to be done. Will definitely use them again in the future. Before and after pictures coming.

I called Atlas and one other company to do some stucco work on the front of my house. My particular elevation has a combination of wood siding, stone and stucco. Vlad knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it done and made suggestions for adding additional stone elements around the front. I also had three windows replaced.

The stucco job was exceptional and both the texture and color matched the existing color and texture. The stone work was much better than I anticipated and it looks fantastic.

All of the employees that work for Vlad are detail oriented and ensure that every aspect of the job exceeds expectations.

For example, the other contractor provided me a cheaper quote; however, he did not suggest removal of the tile roof before beginning the job. Vlad strongly recommended removing the tile for two reasons: it would be good to check under the tiles that were broken to assess any problems and he did not want to take any chances with the existing tiles to cause damage. That recommendation exposed a bit of dry rot on the roof that needed immediate fixing to correct an impending leak into our living room.

I am particular finicky and I seem to have a complaint about small things left undone, but with Atlas, I did not have a single complaint during or after the process; Vlad and his team are excellent from beginning to end.

(Upadte): Atlas has done several projects on my home. The first was removal of siding with stucco replacement. The job was done professionally and Vlad made recommendations based on what I wanted and the project was flawless. The year after, I wanted to knock down a chimney for window addition and open a wall with more windows. Again, the job was flawless. My home is a better environment because of Atlas' great work. We had to deal with dry rot on a southwestern facing exterior wall, and I'm writing this not only because Vlad's team did a great job, but also because I thought Vlad and his team were very respectful.

I *hate* getting bids and dealing with construction products, but when the company you're working with is respectful and communicative it helps a lot. I'll try to update after next year's storms come and test the wall (haha) but so far we're very glad we found this company and would contact them again.

I had several baseball sized holes in my stucco from birds(?) and called several companies. Vlad from Atlas was one of the few places to call me back. I sent him photos and he sent me over an estimate. His estimate was much lower than another estimate I got so I decided to go with him. He also had lots of great reviews. He was able to get the job done that same week. I was out of town when it was completed and I was able to meet up with Vlad a few days later to pay him. They did a great job and I would definitely use Vlad and Atlas Plastering again.

I had a window with moisture around the inside wall of the frame. My friend referred me to Atlas Plastering. Vlad shown up and explained to me in detail how he would do the repairs. Atlas did a great job applying stucco to my entire home. Vlad was great to work with and was easy to talk to regarding specific details and his recommendations. The crew does quality work and also do a good job cleaning up at the end of the day and not leaving the project a total mess in between phases. It is a good product, including moisture barrier, flashing, additional insulation, and the stucco finish. It made the house more energy efficient and quiet, and was significantly less expensive than vinyl or similar siding and looks better! I would recommend Atlas to anyone looking to re-side their house.

We have a 1968 home and have had a lot of work done to our home and have worked with a lot of contractors. We had wood siding and wanted to put stucco instead around our entire house. We received a few quotes and we decided to go with Atlas. Vlad was very patient and thoroughly explained the process to us. Throughout this project, Vlad kept us updated on progress and what next steps would be. We wanted to make a couple of changes and Vlad was very accommodating and fair with the pricing. Recently I had a side of my house plastered by Atlas Plaster. Vlad was a true professional listening to my needs and wants, explaining the process's they use, and informing me where I can save money. All of which I found important before beginning any job. Not only was the work performed as explained, but the crew were professional, on time and did an exceptional job of cleaning up at the end of each day. This side of my house has 2 bathroom windows, an access door and the electrical panel. The job they did around these items is amazing as is the texture itself! And although Vlad thought that he couldn't get the color exact, he did. Another important aspect of any job is communication with the contractor and Vlad was awesome. Any question I had Vlad would contact me back promptly. In closing I highly recommend Atlas Plastering and Construction and Vlad for your plastering and stucco jobs. 5 Stars

I hired Atlas after reading a lot of reviews and after having another contractor out to give me an estimate for replacing the deteriorating wood siding on our home. The first contractor wanted to put the stucco right over the siding rather than removing it before placing the stucco. He literally tried to talk me into it and convince me it was fine. While the simplicity of that idea was appealing, I knew from a repair I had done there was dry rot and potentially more elsewhere. I was pretty ignorant about it but my gut said a bad idea. After more research and reading I had Vlad from Atlas came out to give us an estimate and he was unequivocal that the siding should come off and start from scratch.

We were also having our roof redone and Vlad advised us of the need to put some new flashing in one area which would mean repairing the stucco in that spot. That recommendation actually made his job harder but doing it right was and quality was hit priority.

I was very happy with their services. And at a fair price, I felt. The outcome exceeded my expectations which doesn't happen often. I am extremely picky and while I'm sure at times Vlad wanted to shoot me, he patiently listened to my concerns when they arose, diplomatically answered my sometimes dumb questions, and walked me through each stage of the process as work progressed.

The work was exceptional. If you research stucco and look at a lot of actual homes, you'll find the difference in quality between the worst and the best is dramatic--both in the appearance and in the quality and longevity you can expect. I've literally seen no work nicer than the work Atlas did on my house and recommend them without reservation.

After the final touches of trim and paint are completed I will post before and after photos of the house. Our home was truly transformed.

Starting with the initial experience of having Vlad come onsite. He presented well, professional. He did a walk around of the property and returned a quote promptly. we received 3 different quotes and was the best for the price. Prep work started quickly after we signed our contract and they got to work.

The house was prepped quickly, however there was quite a few nails left behind. I have dogs so i had to ensure that there was nothing for them to get hurt on. This was my biggest (and really only) complaint.

We also contracted Vlad to do the windows. They are superb compared to what we had. The windows took about 3 weeks to arrive after they were ordered and they installed them in about a day. There was no significant issues with the window install except for the tape used peeled some paint off the window sills. The sills were already damaged and it was not an issue as we were already going to repaint, but we let him know this as well. Again, not a big issue for us as we already planned on repainting anyway.

The lathe went up without a hitch one the windows were installed It was outstanding, even the inspector commented on their work. The lathe was reinforced at the window corners, bituthene over the paper, and not a single question other than who did the work, (Inspector was being lazy it is on the permit he was signing). Regardless, great job here.

A few days after the lathe went up they started the brown coat. It went up with no issues and began the curing process. It takes around 21 days to cure.

We picked our color and got paint ordered. We had the eaves sprayed the same color as the house and this went perfect. Two days after the eaves were painted, Vlad's team returned with Sanded Acrylic and began the color coat. They got through the 2/3rd of the house the first day and that is when we noticed a problem. It was the wrong color. We let Vlad know and he began working on fixing the problem. It turns out that the supplier had an issue with their color mixer and it was not right. They had to wait for the machine to be fixed before they could get the color updated. It took about 2 more weeks to get that issue resolved.

They came back out and filled cracks in the walls that were unfinished and reapplied the correct color to the front and side that had color. They applied the Acrylic to the back side and we could see another issue. all of the cracks that were filled on the back were visible. Vlad came back out and tried a couple of fixes that were ultimately unsuccessful so they did a second coat. This finished it up nicely. at this point everything has been completed with the exception of the final inspection, because our new Gutters have not been hung yet.

All in all, there were issues but largely not a result of the work that Vlad and his team did. They handled those issues with no question and kept in contact the whole time it was happening. I would absolutely recommend Vlad for other projects, his business ethics and workmanship are above par in every way.

Vlad and his team fixed a leak in one of our back windows where the flashing had failed. His crew did a great job in meticulously finding the leak and giving us a step by step update regarding repair. The stucco refinish blended perfectly with our existing stucco exterior. We were so pleased with the window and stucco repair, that we contracted Vlad and his team to replace our front brick exterior accent with a stone veneer. Again, his team did an awesome job and we're so happy with the finished result. Vlad was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend Atlas Stucco.

Showed up on time (with a heads up before) and everything was settled. Fair pricing, very knowledgeable and good guidance. Vlad did a project for me last year. He was very professional and gave good advice on other things going on with my house. He fit me in before rain and his guys were great. It has been 10 months and so far everything is still well with the patch work they did along my roofline over step shingles from a new roof.

Atlas as a company and Vlad and his crew individually are top notch, very professional and great communicators. We could not be happier with the work they did for us. Not only is the total wall stucco system they installed beautiful and has transformed/modernized our house visually, the insulation the system adds to our house is very noticeable now that the weather has gotten hot. Our air conditioning comes on later in the day than before and doesn't have to run as often. In fact it kept our house comfortable enough that we didn't even begin to run the air until recently (Atlas did the work in April 2020, and I am just now putting in this review). A little background on our project. Our house was covered with T1-11 wood siding and the southern wall is exposed to the weather and has been a continuous problem for us. About 15 years ago, we had leakage on the southern wall and had to add an additional layer of 1/2 inch T1-11 wood siding to protect the house against the weather. However, this additional layer was warping again and so we had to decide to either tear it all down and replace all the T1-11 siding again or choose another approach. We decided to install to stucco for that one side, but the affordable price Atlas bid (Vlad provided a cost for wall alone or entire house) and the additional installation in the total stucco wall system were the deciding factors for us to do our entire house in stucco. Boy are we glad we did. For the portion of the house where the siding was good, they were able to install the total wall system right over the top of the wood siding. On our southern wall and part of the front of the house that had siding issues, they pulled the siding off, made the necessary repairs to fix dry rot and then installed the total wall system. Working with Vlad and his team was easy. His crew always showed up when expected and cleaned up every day before they left. Vlad provided clear communication throughout the process, and worked with the city to obtain the permit and coordinate the inspections. When we had questions, we always got quick and clear answers. When the job was done, Vlad followed up to be sure we were happy with the work. He even went above and beyond about a month after the job was completed when, totally unrelated to the work they did, we had a wind incident where a piece of plywood we had sitting on the side yard happened to fall over hitting an outdoor faucet cracking the copper line right at the wall. In order to do the repair to fix our new water geyser, we had to cut a 5 inch circle into our new stucco wall system to get to the pipe. Afterwards we contacted Vlad about needing to patch this back up, and he volunteered to do the repairs at no cost to us. We whole heartedly recommend Atlas and Vlad for your projects, and have already told our friends and family in case they have future needs.

We had a well known window company out to replace two leaking windows and discovered we had a larger project on our hands. We contacted Vlad at Atlas Plastering and Construction and he was able to come to our house within a couple of hours. He educated us on the stucco process and provided a detailed quote for the minimum work required. He warned us of potential problems would could encounter once our home was opened up, as well as the costs associated with those issues. Once we were ready to move forward with our project, Vlad provided us with a contract that day as well as a start date. Vlad's team showed up on time, were courteous, worked quickly and neatly. Once our home was opened up, Vlad's team discovered dry rot and that our newly replaced windows were not installed to code. Vlad contacted us immediately to discuss this. I used Home Advisor to receive quotes from 5 different companies to stucco my entire house which had outdated T1-11 siding. Atlas Plastering and Construction was one of the 3 companies that called me back after I had reached out to all 5. One of the other companies recommended that I go with Atlas because I have a 2 story house. What made me ultimately choose this company to stucco my house was not only the competitive cost, but mainly because of Vlad, the owner, who is well informed with the trade and didn't give me a vibe that he was trying to make a few bucks from me. I told him what I wanted out of this project which was stucco for the entire exterior of the house with some additional trim and stone work for aesthetics. He made some suggestions that helped reduce cost. He could have just gone with my original plans but had the integrity to help save me thousands. During construction, he came to my house frequently to oversee the progress, which is very refreshing as I don't see many owners of construction companies do. In fact, he even noticed an imperfection in the stone work and came by one day to fix it himself. This was a big job that took a long time. They started off making good time and was ahead of schedule, but got some delays due to inaccuracies in the weather forecast. But he gave me frequent updates which gave me comfort in knowing that he was still attuned with this project. Overall, his crew did a fantastic job and the house looks great. My wife and I are very happy we did this project and the company that we chose.

Found Atlas via Home Advisor and they called back quickly and then came out to look at a small stucco area we needed completed after some exterior changes to our front porch. They should up exactly when they said they would, did and excellent job, left no traceable mess after they completed their work. Vlad and his crew are very professional and I would highly recommend them. No extra charges either they did what they said they would do on the quote.

I live on Mooney Ridge in Lakeridge development overlooking Folsom Lake. We had water intrusion problems which Atlas solved this summer (2019). They took off the old stucco and replaced using tyvek, bitchithane, double asphalt paper, foil lined foam insulation,a brown coat and multiple layers of acrylic top coat. On schedule and budget. Honest people, expert crew, fair price and extra mile attitude.

I'll start with the pros and end with the cons. PROS: 1-Sent an email requesting a quote. 2-Got a call back next day. (NEVER HAPPENS!) 3-Vlad was at my doorstep with a quote the next day. 4-Received a contract that evening via email to sign and move forward with project. 5-Scheduled project date. 6-Project completed day it was scheduled! 7-Project was charged as quoted! CONS: NONE! Hahahaha You want real pros working on your project, contact Altas, you won't be disappointed.

Vlad and his team did a great job completing our stucco repair project in the time frame we needed to complete the sale of our house. We were selling our home and the pest inspection identified some large areas that needed stucco repair (S2 clearance). We needed the repair to happen quickly since the sale was contingent on these repairs being made. It was a really stressful time, but Vlad came over and gave us a quote on his way to another job.
